Mark 12:28-34
v.30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.
v.31 The second is this: Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.
I'm hoping to continue blogging a little here and there. I've been back in the United States for almost 6 weeks. That is the same length of time that I was in Arua. I am thankful that the Lord has been preparing my heart for transitioning back this fall. It has been a bit easier than coming back from Asia last summer. Deep down though, I still am wrestling with many cultural differences and personal changes in perspective. Hopefully I will be able to use this blog as a way to verbalize my short reflections and random thoughts. I don't expect to write much that has significance. Perhaps the best thing that could happen is for this blog to be a starting point for conversations.
